Mimi is a strategic leader who is driven by innovation, generosity and professionalism. Throughout her career she has helped to realise ambitious creative visions through relationship-building and transformational management. Mimi is currently the CEO of Carclew, Australia’s largest multi-artform cultural institution dedicated to children and young people.
Prior to this role, Mimi led the Creative City program at the City of Adelaide, overseeing Adelaide Town Hall, libraries and community centres, arts programs and Adelaide as a UNESCO City of Music. Other leadership positions include Advocacy Director at the National Association for the Visual Arts; Producer of Tarnanthi, a national festival of contemporary Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art at the Art Gallery of South Australia; Head of Development & Strategy at State Theatre Company of South Australia; General Manager at the Office for Design + Architecture SA (formerly Integrated Design Commission SA); and Manager Cultural Heritage at Arts SA. She completed the Governor’s Leadership Foundation program in 2023 and holds an MBA from the University of South Australia and is committed to a culturally safe, diverse and respectful professional environment. |

Amy is a Principal of law firm LK, holding over 15 years of Australian and international legal experience. She specialises in commercial dispute resolution, directors’ duties, compliance, regulatory investigations, ethics, misconduct, fraud, director/auditor negligence, risk, privacy, contract and trust issues, and insolvency. She previously practised in the London office of global law firm, Allen & Overy, , and has represented clients across a variety of industries, including financial services, medical and defence technology, infrastructure, agribusiness, property, manufacturing, telecommunications, arts and government. Amy holds a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (literature and creative writing), is a Graduate Member of the AICD and a Fellow of the Governance Institute. She serves as an Independent Director (Governance) of the Children’s Book Council of Australia, amongst other community roles, including co-ordinator of LK’s pro bono work for refugees and asylum seekers through not-for-profit registered charity, JusticeNet.

Abhishek is Manager, Finance + Business Improvement at Adelaide Festival Centre (AFC), specialising in financial reporting, budgeting, and effective internal controls in a prominent arts centre. Prior to working at AFC, Abhishek was employed with SA Health and Ernst & Young, exposing him to a diverse range of industries from mining to wineries and manufacturing to arts festivals. Abhishek is a Chartered Accountant, holds an undergraduate degree in Science and a Master’s in Business Accounting.

Dameeli Coates is a Wakka Wakka woman whose family are from Southern Queensland. She is an emerging weaver, curator, textile artist and designer who grew up on Kaurna Yarta. She spent 20 years working as a Human Rights campaigner in Indigenous affairs, policy and programs across Australia for Government and non-government organisations. She lived for a short time in rural Vietnam and for 12 years in London raising a family and studying.
She has an Honours degree in Textile Design from Central Saint Martin’s College, London. Her curatorial and arts practice has been influenced by examining the effects of dispossession, displacement and settler colonial borders on Indigenous identities and collective sense of belonging.
Dameeli is deeply interested in how textiles can be both cultural critique and beautiful objects; she loves their constructed and sculptural abilities and produces three dimensional, scaled-up objects as well as everyday, interactive products like fabric and surface materials.

Jackson is the Chief Financial Officer for innovative energy company, Nitschke Energy. Prior to this, he was the regional CFO for a global manufacturing company for over twenty years. Jackson is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a Member of ICDA, has held several directorships and is currently Director/Treasurer of SCALA, an Adelaide based NFP organisation dedicated to nurturing original music. Jackson has over 20 years’ financial management expertise across treasury, taxation, strategy and planning, turnarounds, business development, commercial contracting and procurement across various Industries and countries. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of South Australia, and an MBA specialising in strategic planning from Deakin University.

Justina is an experienced executive leader with 20 years of experience across a range of sectors, including luxury goods, education, distribution/ manufacturing, FMCG and professional services. She brings a wealth of expertise in strategy, operational transformation, organisational development and brand growth. Her previous roles include General Manager Corporate Services at Perks Accountants & Wealth Advisers and Marketing Director for Lancôme Canada. She currently serves as a Board Observer at Meals on Wheels South Australia and Committee Member for Young Impact100 SA. Justina is a Graduate with Order of Merit of the AICD, holds an MBA and Master of Fine Arts from York University, and a Bachelor of Visual Arts from UniSA. She is passionate about affecting positive impact and is a staunch believer in the transformative role of the Arts to foster creativity, diversity and resilience in the lives of children and adults alike.

As a strategist and systems designer in the fields of health, wellbeing, arts and culture, Trish founded Urban Mind Studio to contribute to enriching the creative and cultural life of people, places, neighbourhoods and cities. As a natural collaborator and complex systems thinker, Trish has provoked, pioneered and managed social enterprises, projects, programs and quests in the tertiary adult and paediatric health, urban, arts and cultural sectors. She is currently a Good Design Australia Ambassador, Fellow of the Centre for Conscious Design, Board Director of the South Australian Living Artists (SALA) Festival, and Chief Executive Officer of Kindred Australia, as well as serving on other committees.
